The brief
A luxury brand running paid search across 13 markets, up for review. The pitch had to hold together as one coherent performance story while respecting how differently each market behaved.
What I did
I led the search strategy and the pitch narrative: a single measurement spine, market-level nuance underneath it, and a clear account of how we would move spend to where it actually returned. The work was as much about the story as the maths. Procurement and brand both had to believe it.
The result
